Hello friend,
Nice info..I liked it..It has some good info for leadership characters..
I always think that leadership is the key factor of success of any organization or event, it is the need of the time, but only few people have that talent. Many people are emerging as leadership managers, but only few have that skill to create their own impression.
So I got some feature like this only,good to know that other people also think same as me.

I would agree to some extend Nelson, however most people are not lacking the "skill to create their own impression", it's more a question of understanding the management role and the expectations to it as I see it
