<description>&#60;p&#62;Uhm.... well a lot of things can be done, however this usually fails as company's doesnt put the efford into keeping people! If they really put focus on this on all levels and take the time to do proper reviews, 1 to 1's and actually follow up, people stay much longer in average!

That you can motivate people for a period og time doesnt mean it will work forever and if the culture of the company and it's core value's are changed based on that.... is it then worth it ?
